• WhatsApp number — for fast replies on urgent repair parts.

• Your requirements — bearing models, operating conditions, quantities, destination and delivery deadline.

Information you send us directly

• Photos of worn or unidentified bearings, used to identify the correct replacement.
• Bearing lists and maintenance part lists for quoting and consolidated shipping.
• Delivery address and receiving contact, once you confirm an order.

We use your information only to supply the bearings you ask for. Every use below ties back to an inquiry or order you started.

1. 1Selection — matching bearings to your motor, pump, fan or gearbox application, and identifying parts from photos.
2. 2Quotation — preparing written quotes with models, quantities, prices and lead times.
3. 3Order confirmation — confirming order details, payment terms, substitutions you approve and the delivery address.
4. 4Shipping — arranging dispatch and preparing standard export documents where required.
5. 5Tracking and after-sales — sending logistics tracking and handling issues raised with your order number.

We do not add you to mailing lists or use your details for unrelated marketing.

We share personal information only with the logistics carrier delivering your order, and only the details needed to deliver it: receiving name, contact number and delivery address.

Only the staff handling your quote, order and shipment can see your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping duties.

• Access control — inquiry and order records are limited to the sales and logistics staff working on them.
• Retention — we keep records for quoting, fulfilment, after-sales support and repeat orders, plus any period required by accounting or export rules.
• Deletion — after that, we delete or anonymise the data, or earlier if you ask (see Your rights).
